Message from the Organizer
Naoki Kumagai, Head of HR Department
The HR Club serves as a space for dialogue on a wide range of HR topics from recruitment to employee development and human capital management. HR professionals often face daily challenges in addressing employee concerns while having fewer avenues to seek advice for their own dilemmas. Hence, we aspire to foster a community where HR professionals can candidly support one another and enhance their practices.
Moving forward, we hope this initiative will foster continuous learning and connections among HR professionals, positively impacting their day-to-day operations and decision-making processes.
