In a series of delightful announcements leading to the festival, the third round introduces special merchandise from the cherished mascot Circular, originating from the 2025 Osaka-Kansai Expo's German Pavilion. Circular captivated many visitors with its vibrant colors and charming design, quickly becoming a beloved character.
