KIND COACHING™ School Opens Enrollment for Second Cohort: Enhance Your Self-Awareness Skills with Confidence

Introduction

In an era where artificial intelligence is taking on more responsibilities and the pace of capitalism continues to accelerate, the importance of our inherently human qualities—self-awareness, self-acceptance, empathy, and the capacity to draw out answers from within others—has never been greater. Too often, these traits have been regarded as innate characteristics possessed only by "naturally gifted" individuals. However, at WellC, we firmly believe that these essential soft skills can be cultivated and refined, just like hard skills. The KIND COACHING™ method is designed to transform this perception into a structured learning experience.

About the KIND COACHING™ School (KCS)

The KIND COACHING™ School is a six-month program rooted in the International Coaching Federation (ICF) principles, yet uniquely extended by WellC. KCS boasts several distinctive features:

1. Holistic Approach: While many coaching programs focus exclusively on professional skills, KCS addresses the entirety of the individual. The curriculum encompasses psychological and physical safety, financial well-being, mindset, and connections with society and the environment, along with foundational coaching skills.

2. Self-Coaching First: The program emphasizes the importance of "self-coaching" as a precursor to supporting others. By learning to manage their own thoughts and emotions, participants cultivate the foundation necessary to uplift and assist those around them.

3. Accessible for All: KCS is not limited to aspiring professional coaches. It aims to instill a sense of self-agency—empowering participants to take control of their own lives while facilitating that same realization in others. This skill set is applicable across various vocations and roles.

Feedback from Graduates

In the first cohort, which ran from January to June 2026, a survey revealed that 100% of respondents reported enhanced confidence, self-awareness, and self-coaching skills. One of the graduates, Shoko Ito, founder of ADHD Well-being Association, reflected on her transformative experience:

"The KIND COACHING experience focused on addressing the root issues. Having dealt with ADHD for years, I found the structured approach to psychological frameworks immensely valuable—it validated the intuitive practices I had already begun. In those moments, I thought, ‘This is how you do life.’"

— Shoko Ito (Founder of ADHD Well-being Association)

Please note that personal experiences may vary, and similar results are not guaranteed. The KIND COACHING™ School is an educational program focused on coaching skills and is not a substitute for medical or psychological therapy. For any mental or physical discomfort, it is recommended to consult a healthcare professional.

Developers' Commentary

Eriko Suzuki, co-founder of WellC, expressed her vision:

"Building my career in finance and pursuing coaching shaped my perspective. I often felt that the coaching I truly sought was unavailable. It was essential for me to address not just goal achievement but the pivotal moments of transition in life. The KIND COACHING™ method materializes this concept—integrating work and life seamlessly. I invite those seeking deeper personal transformation to experience it."
