GLOBIS Holds President Seminar in Oman to Strengthen Leadership Development Partnership

GLOBIS Hosts Special President Seminar in Oman

GLOBIS, a remote learning and business development leader based in Tokyo, recently made significant strides in fostering leadership development through an event held in Muscat, Oman. The company, represented by its CEO Yoshito Hori, sought to bolster its collaborations with key local partners, including the Royal Academy of Management (RAM). This marked Hori's first attendance as an International Advisory Board member at RAM's meeting, underscoring GLOBIS's commitment to leadership and management education.

The seminar gathered around 200 attendees for in-depth discussions about the evolving landscape of leadership education. The dialogue focused on collaboration opportunities, aiming to enhance the quality of leadership in Oman and beyond. Hori’s visit follows the strategic partnership signed between GLOBIS and RAM, anticipated to kick off in 2024 with a signing ceremony set to take place at the Omani Embassy in Tokyo. The collaboration emphasizes developing future leaders through programs that offer cultural exchange and comprehensive leadership training.

Strengthening Partnerships: Seminars and Lunch Meetings

Aside from the seminar, GLOBIS hosted a lunch meeting for local leaders. The event featured prominent figures from various sectors, including Dr. Suad Al Mudhaffar, Dr. Ali Qassim Jawad Al Lawati, and Japan’s ambassador to Oman, Mr. Kiyoshi Serizawa. The discussions revolved around the enhancement of relations between Oman and Japan, exploring fresh avenues for cooperation between the two nations.

The President Seminar culminated at the luxurious Mandarin Oriental, Muscat, with sessions focused on the future of business education. Moderated by CEO of GLOBIS Europe, Aiste Dewulf, the event echoed the commitment towards practical and value-driven leadership education that both GLOBIS and its Omani partners share. Together, they aspire to contribute remarkably to leadership and workforce development, not only in Oman but across the Middle East and globally.
