LINE: Gundam Wars, a popular mobile game developed by Bandai Namco Entertainment in collaboration with LINE Yahoo, has reached a remarkable milestone—its 9th anniversary! To commemorate this special occasion, the game is launching a series of exciting events, campaigns, and significant updates to provide players with an enhanced gaming experience.

Major Update: Introducing S★6 and Wars Weapons

The update V13.0.0 marks a significant enhancement in the game. Previously, players could upgrade their S-MS units to a maximum of ★5; however, this new update allows for an upgrade to ★6. This upgrade not only improves various performance aspects of the units but also grants the ability to set an additional linked unit. Additionally, players can activate extra S abilities, evolving their units into even more powerful forms.

What is S★6?

With the new S★6 level unlocked, players can significantly boost the strength of their mobile suits. S-MS units upgraded to ★6 will experience increased stats, improved capabilities in battles, and additional linked units for more strategies during gameplay. It transforms the way players approach combat, encouraging them to experiment with unit combinations.

Introducing Wars Weapons

A thrilling new feature introduced in this update is the "Wars Weapons." These are special units that can be added to your lineup in various game modes, such as the Battle Arena and Grand Arena. Notable weapons and actions from the Gundam series, like "Colony Drop" and "Artemis's Umbrella," are being introduced as Wars Weapons. The effects of Wars Weapons are unique, making them immune to reductions or negations unless specified, thus offering players a strategic advantage.

For instance, if a player uses the "Colony Drop," they can unleash massive damage that cannot be avoided when 60 seconds pass from the start of the wave. To encourage players to try out this new feature, all users will receive a free Wars Weapon, "Colony Drop." Remember to claim it from the gift box!
