Before joining NMG, Cox held the position of Vice President of Supply Chain and Inventory Management at MD Distributors. Here, he was responsible for managing purchasing, vendor strategies, and category management within a multi-hub distribution network. Cox's tenure also includes more than ten years at XL Parts / The Parts House, where he progressed through various senior leadership roles, including Vice President of Supply Chain.
