In a significant move for Leadership Pittsburgh Inc. (LPInc.), the organization has officially announced the appointment of Jennifer Daurora as its new President and CEO, effective June 15, 2026. LPInc., now in its 43rd year, is known for its pivotal role in enhancing community leadership through various programs and partnerships.

Jennifer Daurora succeeds Jenn Beer, who has decided to step down from her role to join the law firm Buchanan, Ingersoll & Rooney as a Principal. Daurora brings with her extensive expertise in entrepreneurship, nonprofit leadership, and operational excellence, having held considerable positions in both corporate and nonprofit sectors. Most recently, she served as Vice President at PNC Financial Services Group.

Her involvement with the University of Pittsburgh's Institute for Entrepreneurial Excellence further highlights her commitment to fostering new leaders. Additionally, Daurora's contributions extend to her role as a Trustee of Allegheny College and as the National President and Board Chair of Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity Inc.
