Happo-en, a comprehensive production company based in Minato, Tokyo, is set to unveil an exciting cherry blossom-themed menu at its newly opened restaurant,
ALL DAY DINING FUDO, from
March 20 to April 12, 2026. This will be the first spring season that FUDO experiences since its grand opening in October 2025, following significant renovations. With a focus on seasonal flavors, the menu will feature a range of delectable options for lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner.
A Seasonal Celebration
FUDO takes pride in using high-quality ingredients from trusted local producers, primarily from regions affiliated with accordingly established partnerships. The offerings are crafted in a unique stone oven, offering dishes rich in seasonal aromas and tastes.
SAKURA LUNCH COURSE
Price: 6,600 yen (tax included, service charge separate)

Enjoy a delightful lunch experience featuring:
- - Appetizer: Chinese chicken salad with Yatsugatake red chicken from Nakamura Farm
- - Soup: A velvety onion velouté made from fresh onions harvested on Awaji Island
- - Pizza: Calzone stuffed with fresh swordfish
- - Main: Roast beef of selected cut of beef with wasabi sauce (Choice of two sauces: Japanese beef sauce or Western cream sauce)
- - Dessert: Panna cotta infused with tonka beans and cherry blossoms, delivering a taste of spring.

limited-edition flower mist white strawberry parfait, a visually stunning composition representing cherry blossoms in full bloom.
