Enhancing Communication and Education for Foreign Workers in Japan's Manufacturing Industry

On November 6, 2025, a free online seminar titled "Preventing Communication Errors with Foreign Workers! An In-Depth Explanation of Multinational Understanding and DX in Manufacturing Education" will be hosted by Will Group, a company specializing in comprehensive staffing services. The event aims to address crucial aspects of communication and education due to Japan's increasing reliance on foreign workers in the manufacturing sector.

According to the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, over 80% of manufacturing companies in Japan are now utilizing digital technologies in their operations, with this adoption rate increasing approximately 1.7 times over four years. As the labor shortage in Japan's manufacturing industry accelerates, leveraging digital technology to reduce manual labor and improve efficiency becomes ever more vital.

The seminar will feature a guest speaker, Seiya Tanabe from Kamiknashi Co., Ltd., who spearheads the implementation of digital transformation (DX) across various workplaces. He will share successful case studies and concrete methods for effectively training foreign employees, focusing on integrating DX in the education process.
