Three Creeks Media Unveils RealTOC: A Show for Veterans Seeking Guidance

Three Creeks Media Unveils RealTOC: A New Resource for Veterans

The transition from military life to civilian life can be one of the most challenging phases for veterans. Many find that the shift lacks the structure and clarity they have been accustomed to, leading to feelings of uncertainty and doubt. To tackle these complex issues, Three Creeks Media launched RealTOC, a video-first show that aims to facilitate genuine conversations among veterans about their experiences during and after service.

RealTOC, which stands for The Tactical Operations Center for Life In and After Service, acts as a comforting space for veterans, both literally and metaphorically. The show provides a platform where they can take time to reflect, recharge, and reconnect with one another. Unlike other programs that offer generic advice and polished guidance, RealTOC emphasizes the value of lived experiences, allowing diverse voices to share their stories about career transitions, identity challenges, and financial hurdles.

Tim Lucas, the general manager of Three Creeks Media, highlighted the common struggles that many veterans face after leaving military service. He stated, “Veterans tell us the moment after leaving the military is quieter than most expect. The structure is gone. The mission is less clear. And the questions start to stack up.” These insights led to the creation of RealTOC, which provides veterans with access to candid discussions featuring individuals who have already traveled similar paths.

Each episode of RealTOC centers around the real-life experiences of its guests. Topics of discussion include navigating career changes, learning financial lessons, and rebuilding one's identity outside of the military uniform. The goal is to share what has worked, what hasn’t, and what it actually costs to make necessary adjustments in life.

The show is hosted by Cameron Hardin, a nine-year Army veteran known for being voted “America's Favorite Player” on Big Brother Season 25. His unique blend of storytelling and veteran insights makes him a relatable figure for audiences tuning in. He shared, “Our goal is simple. We want to give veterans access to the kind of conversations we all wish we had earlier—the real ones, not the cleaned-up versions.”

RealTOC debuted with its first five episodes featuring varied veteran guests:
1. Cameron Hardin: From Big Brother Star to Podcast Host
2. Neil French: Army Warrior Fitness, Business Owner, and Father
3. Tom Stratton: Cavalry Scout to Community Leader
4. Hunter Corse: Sniper Turned Coffee Company Owner
5. Erik Leekum: Military Veteran, Bodybuilding Enthusiast, and Pokémon Fan

This diverse lineup ensures that the conversations are rich and wide-ranging, appealing to many viewers.

RealTOC is available across various platforms, including YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Instagram, and TikTok. Additionally, their website, RealTOC.com, will soon offer more content about each guest and episode, fostering a community feel and interactive experience for its viewers.
