Building a Virtual City in Minecraft
In an innovative collaboration, KUL Corporation, led by President Kenji Saito, has partnered with e-Stadium Co., Ltd to host an extraordinary event:
"Building a City in Minecraft: Summer Research Project for Elementary Students 2026". This event took place from July 18 to August 16, 2026, bringing together a record-breaking
1,288 elementary school students who engaged in this imaginative project.
The core idea was to allow children to freely construct houses in a virtual space, inspired by the vibrant community surrounding the Izumi Chuo Station in Izumi City, Osaka Prefecture. This creative endeavor allowed them to express their unique ideas, resulting in a
magnificent virtual city that demonstrates their boundless imagination and creativity. As a culmination of their summer effort, a
reveal event will soon take place, showcasing the completed city.
The Reveal Event
The upcoming reveal event will not only unveil this gigantic virtual city but also feature a gaming session where participants can interact with the diverse array of houses built by over
1,000 fellow students. This event aims to inspire new discoveries and expand the children's creativity, ensuring an exciting experience not just for participants but also for those who have not yet joined the summer activities. Everyone is invited to join and enjoy the experience!
