Discover a New Life in Ishikawa: UI Turn Consultation Event in Tokyo

On August 23rd, a significant event dedicated to promoting relocation to Ishikawa, the "Ishikawa UI Turn Consultation Event," will take place in Tokyo. Various municipalities and organizations from Ishikawa, including agricultural and forestry sectors, will be participating. Expect a day filled with enlightening seminars, engaging workshops, and the chance to consult with representatives from different local entities about life and work in Ishikawa. While no prior registration is required, those who pre-register will receive a special gift - 300g of Koshihikari rice, known as "Suehiro mai," cultivated with special care.

1. UI Turn Consultation (11:00 AM - 4:00 PM)

This talk will feature local volunteers who moved to Ishikawa through the Local Revitalization Cooperation System and will discuss their experiences, challenges, and joys of living in a rural area.
- Seminar 2 (2:30 PM - 3:00 PM):
“The Serene Lifestyle in Rural Areas - Living and Working with Nature Through Forestry and Game Utilization.”
Learn from guests engaged in forestry and hunting, discussing how they manage to live harmoniously with nature while contributing to local communities.

4. Workshops (11:00 AM - 4:00 PM):
- Badge Making: Create your own unique badge using gold foil, suitable for all age groups.
- Water Brush Crafting: Experience Ishikawa’s traditional craft through the creation of beautiful accessories.
