Suits Up Seminar: Startup Project Management

The seminar will be led by our CEO Yusuke Komatsu, who will share valuable insights on project management strategies tailored for startups.

According to our simulations, a company of around 30 employees incurs significant costs from routine task progress checks, tallying up to nearly 1.19 million yen per month, which is a substantial burden for small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). However, adopting effective task management practices can significantly reduce these overheads.

Recent research by Nulab shows that most small businesses primarily use emails and calendars (31.2%) or handwritten notes (30.6%) for individual task management. In contrast, tools designed for team task management, such as Excel or dedicated task management applications, are considerably underutilized, with just 25.2% and 11.7% usage, respectively.

About the Speaker

Yusuke Komatsu, CEO of Suits Inc., assumed his role after successfully leading a social ecology project company to profitability. After founding Suits Inc. in 2014, he has focused on developing innovative solutions for SMEs. His qualifications include serving as an advisor for regional development at the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications and as a PPP supporter for the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
