Seminar 1: Delving into Korea’s First Single Malt Whiskey, Ki One

- - Presenter: Andrew Shand (Master Distiller and Blender at Ki One Distillery)
- - Overview: The seminar focuses on Ki One, South Korea’s first single malt whiskey created by the Ki One Distillery. Master Distiller Andrew Shand will explain the reasons behind selecting South Korea for their whiskey making and highlight the fantastic natural environment surrounding the distillery in Namyangju. Participants will have the rare opportunity to taste not only the latest signature lineup but also a unique New Make that is unavailable outside Korea.

Seminar 2: Enjoying Chinese Daiking Whiskey
- - Date and Time: April 26, 2025, from 4:30 to 5:30 PM
- - Presenter: Max Yifan Wen (Marketing Manager at Daiking Louis Distillery)
- - Overview: Max will discuss the rich story behind Daiking Louis Distillery, which has received numerous awards, including gold medals at the Tokyo Whisky & Spirits Competition. This will be the first time a master class featuring their whiskey is held in Japan. Participants will learn about the origins of Daiking whiskey’s unique flavors, its distillation techniques, and the distillery’s illustrious history.
