In a significant move, TERREPOWER has officially appointed Brandon Handy as its new Chief People Officer, effective immediately. This promotion indicates a pivotal step in Handy's career, which has been marked by excellence and innovation in human resources.

Handy is based at TERREPOWER's headquarters in Dallas, Texas. He joined the company in 2022, initially taking on the role of Vice President of Talent Management. With over 16 years of experience in strategic human resource leadership, he brings a wealth of knowledge to his new position. Before his tenure at TERREPOWER, Handy held the role of Global Human Resources Director at Owens Corning, where he spearheaded HR process standardization, optimized talent initiatives, and developed programs focused on inclusion and diversity.

In addition to his experience at Owens Corning, Handy has held leadership positions at several well-known companies, including Trinity Industries, Kohl's Department Stores, and Pfizer. These roles provided him with in-depth experience in human resources strategy, safety, and business alignment, making him exceptionally qualified for his new position at TERREPOWER.

Brandon Handy earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and MBA from Florida A&M University. Furthermore, he is certified in human resources by the HR Certification Institute and the Society for Human Resource Management, and he has a certification in Industrial Health and Safety from Georgia Tech.
