Milan Becomes the European Capital of Work Culture
Milan is setting the stage for a significant cultural shift as it prepares to host the Forum HR - People & Culture 2025. This event, running from November 18 to 20, 2025, at IULM University, is positioned as Italy's premier gathering focused on the future of work and organizational transformation.
A European Platform for Change
Now in its 19th iteration, the Forum has transitioned from a national event to a European platform that brings together individuals, organizations, and innovative ideas. The 2025 theme, "Co-Intelligence," represents an exciting intersection of human and artificial intelligence. This marks a crucial change in the mindset that governs modern workplaces, shifting from mere resource management to empowering individuals and fostering collective intelligence.
The Forum anticipates over 3,000 attendees, featuring around 350 speakers, including HR Directors, CEOs, and thought leaders from academia and the innovation sector. Participants will engage in various activities such as talk shows, keynote speeches, workshops, and executive roundtables that delve into how technology, culture, and sustainability are redefining the work landscape in Europe.
Expanding Internationally
For the first time, the Forum will include an International HUB, hosting sessions in English led by prominent HR executives from across Europe. These discussions will be live-streamed on
comunicazioneitaliana.tv, promoting a cross-border exchange that focuses on innovation, leadership, and sustainable work culture. This initiative is an inviting move for the international HR community, with free registration available for global participants.
Fabrizio Cataldi, the Founder of Comunicazione Italiana, commented, "By opening the Forum to the international HR community, Milan affirms its status as the European capital for dialogue on People and Culture. Our goal is to forge connections between human intellect, technology, and values to design the future of work."
