Aptive Environmental Strengthens Leadership with New CEO

Aptive Environmental, a prominent name in residential pest control services, recently appointed Jon Chiazzese as its new Chief Executive Officer. Jon Chiazzese: A Leader in the Field

Effective immediately, Chiazzese steps into his new role equipped with over 20 years of extensive leadership experience. His career spans various sectors, specializing in operations, field services, and consumer-oriented organizations. Chiazzese is particularly recognized for his skills in change management, organizational strategy, and driving financial excellence.

Before taking the helm at Aptive, he served as the company's Chief Operating Officer, further solidifying his understanding of its operational dynamics and client needs. His previous position at Vivint, a leader in the security and smart home space, involved serving as the Senior Vice President of Field and Supply Chain Operations, where he was pivotal in managing large-scale operations as well as customer experience initiatives.

Strengthening the Leadership Team

Alongside Chiazzese’s appointment, Aptive also announced two key promotions within its executive team, indicative of its robust growth strategy. April Anslinger has been elevated to Chief Marketing and Experience Officer, while Scott Landis has taken on the role of Chief People Officer. These promotions are set to strengthen Aptive's leadership team as it embarks on its next phase of expansion.

Anslinger’s background encompasses over two decades of experience in brand development and consumer engagement. Prior to this promotion, she was the Chief Marketing Officer at Aptive and has held high-level marketing roles in major companies such as Procter & Gamble and The Estée Lauder Companies. Her new role will see her enhance Aptive’s market presence and customer engagement strategies.

Scott Landis will continue to leverage his experience to drive Aptive's human resources strategy as Chief People Officer. Having previously served as the Chief Human Resources Officer, he has played a vital role in shaping Aptive’s people strategy, ensuring the company nurtures its talent effectively to support its aspirations and growth.
