Starting May 2, 2026, Square Enix is set to launch an innovative immersive mystery walk titled Paranoma Site Alt FILE23 Honjo Nyan Nyan Mystery powered by Catrip Sumida. This unique experience combines the thrilling elements of horror and mystery found in the Paranoma Site adventure game with a real-world exploration of Sumida, Tokyo. Players will engage with characters and solve puzzles using specially designed kits as they traverse the vibrant streets of the Nishinippon and Ryogoku districts.

What to Expect

Upon arrival, players will awaken as a memory-lost protagonist at Kinshicho Station. Guided by a mysterious, talking cat named “Nyarokichi,” they will embark on a journey through Sumida, which is shrouded in legends of the Seven Mysteries of Honjo. Along the way, participants will encounter various characters from the Paranoma Site universe, unveiling enigmas tied to their memories and the history of the city.

A New Kind of Interactive Experience

The immersive mystery walk will transform the bustling streets of Sumida into a canvas for mystery. Equipped with the 招キット (Invitation Kit) – a package filled with hints and clues – players will read through an included booklet and interact with characters on their smartphones via LINE to progress through the story. This ensures a blend of technology and reality, creating an engaging narrative that enhances the player’s experience while walking through the historically rich district.
