Sharon Rowlands, the outgoing CEO, will step into the role of Executive Chair after leading the company for more than six years.

Puri's journey with Newfold Digital began in May 2025 when he took charge of the Bluehost Group. His responsibilities later expanded to encompass the Network Solutions Group, marking a period of notable evolution for the company. With more than two decades of experience in the tech sector, Puri has held senior leadership positions at renowned companies like StubHub, McAfee, WP Engine, and Liquid Web. His extensive background in scaling SaaS (Software as a Service), eCommerce, and digital infrastructure businesses positions him as a suitable leader for Newfold in this new chapter.
