The BOND-BBT Global Leadership MBA program, a unique collaboration between Aoba-BBT, a Tokyo-based company, and Bond University in Queensland, Australia, has officially been designated as a qualifying course for the Japanese government's Educational and Practical Training Benefit program effective August 8, 2025. This opportunity allows prospective students entering the program from October 2025 onward to receive significant financial assistance towards their tuition fees.

With up to 1.28 million yen available in grants, working professionals can now pursue an MBA while reducing their financial burden. This financial aid aims to enhance their career prospects and potentially increase their earnings. Eligibility Requirements


To qualify for this financial aid, applicants must have a minimum of two years of employment insurance. If applicants have previously received assistance, they must have three years of employment insurance coverage along with a gap of at least three years since their last grant. Prospective students are required to apply through their local Hello Work office at least two weeks before their course begins.

It’s important to note that participants are also required to attend a Study Tour in Australia by the time of graduation.
