Embracing the BOSS Bus Experience


The BOSS Bus program, a creative outreach from Utah Foster Care, connects local businesses with foster youth, giving them a glimpse into professional environments and potential career paths. This year marked Mira Home's inaugural involvement with BOSS Bus, where a group of teenagers visited the company for a comprehensive experience that included a building tour, a communal lunch, and recreational activities such as basketball, cards, and ping pong. The visit concluded with an impactful discussion led by Taylor, emphasizing the notion that one's beginnings do not limit future possibilities — a fundamental belief central to his companies’ philosophies.
