The ambassador campaign aims not only to streamline the internal mechanisms of side jobs and transfers but also to cultivate a culture where employee challenges and learning circulate naturally. We will partner with up to six selected ambassador companies to create and share model cases demonstrating the principles of Career Circle. In addition, these selected businesses will have access to six exclusive benefits:
1. Access to a special plan for Career Circle by lotsful
2. Free support for defining the requirements of internal job postings
3. Complimentary options for internal events and informational sessions that promote activity
4. Unpaid promotional opportunities through press releases and social media
5. Creation of interview articles
6. Priority access to exclusive events
Target Audience
The campaign is ideal for companies eager to implement or enhance internal side job and transfer systems, those focusing on supporting employee career autonomy, and businesses invested in creating internal fluidity and cross-departmental opportunities.
Participation Requirements
1. Must not currently be utilizing Career Circle by lotsful
2. Demonstrated intention to implement Career Circle by lotsful
3. High interest in human resource development and system refresh, along with a willingness to assist in interviews and public relations
Application Period
From June 17, 2025, to July 31, 2025, we will accept applications from a maximum of six companies (to be selected based on internal criteria relating to intention and utilization potential). Interested companies are encouraged to apply via the special site mentioned above.
