Kreis & Company Supports Yu Saito's Debut in Ski Jumping World Cup
Kreis & Company, a premier executive search firm based in Tokyo, proudly announces the debut of ski jumper Yu Saito at the FIS Ski Jumping World Cup during the 2025-2026 season. As part of our corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, we support Yu, who represents LuFT, in his journey through this prestigious competition.
Yu Saito competed in three significant events: Zao, Sapporo, and the German Championships. His first World Cup appearance at the Zao competition, held on January 20-21, 2026, marked a pivotal moment for both Yu and our organization. Following his debut, he participated in the Sapporo competition on January 24-25, and then the German Championship on January 30-February 1, showcasing his development as a world-class athlete.
The FIS Ski Jumping World Cup is the premier series of ski jumping competitions approved by the International Ski Federation (FIS), gathering the top athletes from around the globe. In his first appearance at Zao, Yu Saito placed 45th; at Sapporo, he improved to 36th; and at the German Championship in Willingen, he achieved an impressive 22nd place. This growth demonstrates Yu's dedication to developing his skills through participation in both domestic and international competitions.

Message from Yu Saito
In reflecting on my first World Cup season, I experienced a unique tension and frustration unlike anything before. Competing at Zao, Sapporo, and Germany highlighted the excitement and challenges of soaring on a global stage. Inspired by the athletes I respect, I aspire to become a jumper who can bring smiles to others through my performances. I am grateful for the support I've received and will continue to strive for improvements in my jumps for the future.
