With the combination of recent debt reductions and refinancings at favorable interest rates, Sailer is optimistic about achieving the targeted net leverage range.

The guidance for the fiscal year 2025 remains reaffirmed, projecting consolidated revenues between $1.57 billion and $1.60 billion, with an Adjusted EBITDA ranging from $490 million to $505 million. Long-term projections from 2025 to 2028 target a consolidated revenue CAGR of approximately 4% to 5% and an AFFO for 2028 between $190 million and $210 million.
