In a significant move to enhance its revenue strategies, Omni Hotels & Resorts has appointed Adam Hayashi as its new Chief Revenue Officer. Hayashi, who boasts over two decades of experience in the hospitality sector, will play a pivotal role in steering the company towards its strategic objectives aimed at maximizing revenue performance and capturing a larger market share. He will work closely with Jeff Doane, Omni's Chief Commercial Officer, to push the boundaries of revenue generation.

Hayashi’s previous role was as the Global Vice President of Revenue Management, Distribution & Business Intelligence at Accor, where he supported over 120 hotels under the Fairmont and Raffles brands. His extensive background in revenue management includes positions such as Regional Director of Revenue Management and Vice President of Revenue Management for North and Central America at Accor.

During his tenure at Accor, Hayashi was instrumental in developing proprietary business intelligence solutions and building a strong distribution support team, showcasing his ability to drive revenue beyond traditional methods. His management skills incorporate strategies to optimize revenue across various areas, including Food & Beverage, Spa, and Function Space. Hayashi's passion for revenue management and dedication to innovation has made him a sought-after figure in the industry.

In addition to his professional achievements, Hayashi serves on the Americas Board for the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI) and the Integrated Decisions and Systems, Inc. (IDeaS) Customer Advisory Board. His hard work and contributions to the industry were acknowledged when he was named one of HSMAI's Top 25 Extraordinary Minds in Hospitality Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Optimization in 2019.
