PREMIUM Development Inc. has reached a significant milestone in its U.S. endeavors by successfully completing the sale of FIFTEEN Apartments, a boutique multifamily community that encapsulates European luxury, situated in Miami's bustling Health District.

This latest project, which was brokered by Walker Dunlop, Inc., demonstrates PREMIUM Development’s commitment to creating distinct, high-quality residential spaces. Completed in 2024, FIFTEEN Apartments boasts a total of 132 luxury residences, all of which feature condominium-quality finishes and a host of top-tier amenities, setting new standards in urban living.

The community is strategically positioned at a vital crossroads of Miami-Dade's primary transit corridors, ensuring effortless access to major employment hubs throughout the city.
