A survey by HR Research Institute in December 2025 shows that more than half of the companies are utilizing AI in their new employee training programs. However, an alarming 70% of these organizations expressed difficulty in adapting to the skills needed in the age of AI, revealing a gap in meeting the demands of the modern workplace.

While many trainings focus solely on the basics of using AI tools, there is a dire need for practical training that directly correlates with the tasks new employees face, such as drafting emails, recording meeting minutes, and preparing reports. The development of a practical framework that empowers employees to autonomously execute tasks using AI is paramount.

Comprehensive Training Program Overview



The newly launched New Employee Generative AI Training Program by Comix consists of 12 sessions over six months, each lasting 90 minutes. This hands-on program strives to transition new hires from merely knowing about AI to mastering its use in their daily tasks.

Objectives of the Training



  • - Understand and safely utilize the risks associated with generative AI.
  • - Streamline document-related tasks such as emails, meeting minutes, and reports using AI.
  • - Validate, modify, and reassign AI-generated content effectively.
  • - Carry at least three reusable prompts tailored for their specific department.
