While many trainings focus solely on the basics of using AI tools, there is a dire need for practical training that directly correlates with the tasks new employees face, such as drafting emails, recording meeting minutes, and preparing reports. The newly launched New Employee Generative AI Training Program by Comix consists of 12 sessions over six months, each lasting 90 minutes. This hands-on program strives to transition new hires from merely knowing about AI to mastering its use in their daily tasks.
