Tokyo Bay Grand Fireworks Festival
The Tokyo Bay Grand Fireworks Festival is set to return on October 24, 2025, marking significant milestones for both Chuo and Minato wards, as each celebrates their 80th anniversary. This event, last held in 2015, aims to showcase the attractions of both wards and foster a lively community atmosphere.
Event Details
The festival will take place from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM, depending on weather conditions (the event may be canceled without rescheduling). The primary fireworks display will occur offshore at Tokyo Port, featuring around 12,000 fireworks launched into the evening sky.
Viewing Locations and Ticket Information
Viewing will only be permitted through a ticketing system, with approximately 39,000 seats available for Minato residents and about 42,000 for Chuo residents at various premium viewing locations. These designated areas include:
- - Minato Residents Priority Seating: 5 locations (Takeshiba Passenger Terminal, Hinode Pier, Shibaura Pier, Shibaura Minami Pier Park, Odaiba Seaside Park)

Water Viewing Option
A designated water viewing area will be set up for vessels that have purchased flags. This option allows spectators to experience the grandeur of the fireworks directly from the water.
