Every Friday night from August 6th to August 28th, six prominent cultural venues in the city will open their doors for a unique evening filled with art, culture, and special activities.

2. Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum (Ueno)

Here’s what you can expect to see at the different museums this summer:

• - Edo-Tokyo Museum:

- Regular Exhibition running on Fridays until 9 PM (August 7, 14, 21, 28).
- Special Exhibition titled “Dreams of Western Buildings and the Peach War” running until 9 PM on August 7, 14, and 21.
- Collection Exhibition “Idemitsu Museum Collection” on August 28 until 9 PM.

• - Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum:

- Commemorative Exhibition for its 100th anniversary titled “Landscapes of this Place - Ueno, Omuta, Buenos Aires” open until 8 PM on Fridays through August.
- Special Exhibition “Edo Paintings Across the Seas: The British Museum’s Collection of Japanese Art” also open until 8 PM each Friday.

• - Tokyo Garden Museum:
