San-X 90th Anniversary Exhibition in Taiwan

San-X Co., Ltd., headquartered in Chiyoda, Tokyo, is thrilled to announce the first-ever overseas exhibition commemorating its 90th anniversary: the "San-X 90th Anniversary Exhibition in Taiwan". This exciting event will take place from June 27 to August 30 at the Breeze Center (微風廣場) in Taipei. Starting June 5, advance tickets will be available for purchase, making this an event not to be missed!

At the exhibition, over 1,000 iconic characters from San-X will gather, including fan favorites such as Rilakkuma, Sumikkogurashi, and Tarepanda. Visitors can expect to be transported through time as they explore the adorable and heartwarming world of San-X characters in chronological order. Key highlights include rare historical documents and merchandise that trace the origins of beloved characters like Tarepanda, born in the 1990s, Rilakkuma from the 2000s, and the contemporary Sumikkogurashi created in the 2010s.

The exhibition promises a magical experience with eye-catching photo spots and immersive displays, captivating fans young and old alike. In addition, the event will showcase exclusive Taiwan original art, featuring characters like Rilakkuma and Sumikkogurashi interacting with local culinary delights, such as bubble tea, xiaolongbao, and fried chicken. These charming depictions capture the unique essence of Taiwanese daily life.

Participants can also look forward to a wide array of limited-edition merchandise available exclusively at the venue.
