Join Our Upcoming Webinar on Offshore Development

On June 25, 2025, Nextbeat, headquartered in Shibuya, Tokyo, will host a free online seminar aimed at addressing Japan's significant shortage of IT professionals. Under the initiative "Tech Bridge Japan," we are connecting foreign IT talent with Japanese companies,; thus, contributing to a vital solution in the current job market.

Addressing a Growing Issue

Japan is currently facing a critical shortage of IT personnel, which has turned into a major concern for businesses across various sectors. In response to this pressing issue, nextbeat launched "Tech Bridge Japan" in September 2024, a program dedicated to connecting highly-skilled overseas IT professionals with Japanese enterprises. This upcoming seminar will showcase how high-quality and low-cost offshore development can be achieved in Bangladesh as a specific solution to this challenge.

2. Bangladesh: An Emerging Option
Bangladesh is rapidly advancing as an IT powerhouse with a large pool of tech-savvy professionals who share a culturally rich relationship with Japan. As a country with a deep-rooted affinity for Japan, it stands out as an excellent option for low-cost, high-quality offshore development.

3. Sharing Practical Knowledge
The seminar will feature insights and best practices from local partner companies in Bangladesh that actively engage in the IT talent recruitment sector. Attendees can expect actionable advice rather than mere theoretical concepts.
