Leading over 470 staff members across 11 sites in the country, Andy focuses on implementing growth strategies as well as improving operational efficiencies, ultimately aligning with SJE’s longer-term vision for success.

Haldorsen remarked on Wilson’s seamless transition and contribution, stating, "Andy has been a welcome addition to SJE's leadership team. His experience has been invaluable during this transition, and I am excited to see how he propels the ECS Division forward."
