Comprehensive Online High School Fair 2025 Launches Nationwide on June 14

Exciting Launch of the Comprehensive Online High School Fair 2025

In an era where educational options are expanding, the Comprehensive Online High School Fair 2025 is set to begin nationwide, starting on June 14. This initiative, spearheaded by Recmedia, aims to assist students from middle schools and high schools, along with their parents, in finding the ideal online high school suitable for their individual needs. Given that there are currently over 290,000 students enrolled in correspondence high schools across Japan, the necessity for a platform to facilitate better understanding and comparison of these options is paramount.

Background of the Event

Despite the increasing enrollment in correspondence courses, there remains a significant gap in the information available to students and their guardians. Many families face difficulty in navigating their choices and are often overwhelmed by the diverse programs offered by various schools. To bridge this gap, Recmedia has been hosting this annual online fair to provide a centralized source of information. Last year, the fair attracted over 30,000 participants, many of whom reported that it greatly assisted them in making informed choices about their educational paths. Building on this positive feedback, the decision was made to organize the event again for the 2025 academic year, covering all 47 prefectures across Japan.

Features of the Event

One of the standout features of the 2025 Online High School Fair is that it will be held entirely online. Utilizing Zoom, this event allows participants to attend with just a single tap on their smartphones. To ensure comfort and privacy, participants are not required to turn on their cameras or microphones. Questions can be asked through a chat function, creating an environment that respects participants’ privacy. This design is particularly beneficial for individuals living in rural areas who often find it challenging to attend in-person events. The online format allows for flexible participation while eliminating the usual travel burdens associated with physical fairs.

Moreover, the event will help attendees efficiently compare and consider various correspondence high schools based on their local regions. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in sessions featuring up to eight different high schools and support institutions each day, dedicating 15 minutes to each presentation.

The fair will showcase a variety of high schools, including but not limited to:
