The event will take place at the Suwa Center in Suwa City, Nagano Prefecture, from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM. Designed to alleviate the daily burdens of cooking, the gathering aims to foster connections among participants through the shared experience of meal preparation.

The Meal Kit Concept

Attendees will prepare and taste the "Three-Day Time-Saving Meal Set," which includes all the necessary ingredients and recipes for three dinners. This kit features pre-cut vegetables, meats, and marinades, along with semi-prepared main dishes requiring just heating to complete. Participants will be introduced to a rotating menu that allows each meal, including a side dish, to be ready in approximately 20 minutes.

In a survey conducted by Pal System involving about 2,500 users every three years, the most challenging aspects of meal preparation consistently rank as planning daily menus and balancing nutrition and ingredients. This meal kit aims to simplify these processes, allowing users to enjoy well-balanced meals efficiently.

Engaging Through Cooking

During the event, participants will cook the meal using the provided ingredients while learning valuable time-saving cooking techniques. This interactive experience not only enables attendees to explore unexpected combinations of Pal System products but also empowers them with new ideas for meal planning.

As part of the event, there will be a dedicated time for participants to share their personal cooking tips and insights from their own kitchens, fostering a sense of community through shared knowledge.
