Standard Motor Products Unveils 170 New Automotive Parts for 2025
Standard Motor Products, Inc. (SMP) has officially announced the release of 170 new part numbers during the first quarter of 2025. This significant introduction includes components from both the Vehicle Control and Temperature Control divisions and expands the company’s footprint in the automotive aftermarket. With these new parts, SMP emphasizes its commitment to covering a wide range of late-model import and domestic vehicles across various powertrains.
The new product offerings from SMP reflect the company’s understanding and responsiveness to market demands. Key highlights include the introduction of ignition coils designed for popular Hyundai vehicles such as the 2024-2021 Elantra and the 2024-2022 Kona. Moreover, several applications have been added to the Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) Program, which now features Park Assist Cameras for various domestic and imported models like the 2024-2018 Chrysler Pacifica and the 2024-2020 Voyager, alongside other well-known brands like Nissan, Toyota, and Honda.
Further expanding its range, SMP has introduced seven new ABS Speed Sensors that cater to over a million Hyundai vehicles through the 2025 model-year. Included in this release are sensors compatible with the 2020-2023 Kia Soul and General Motors vans until 2024. The company has also launched critical collision repair components, such as Hood Latch Assemblies, Tailgate Latch Assemblies, and Multi-Function Connectors, which will support repairs on over 100 million vehicles in circulation.
The Four Seasons® line from SMP has not been left out, with nearly 70 new Hose Assemblies being unveiled, thereby increasing coverage for more than nine million vehicles. This new offering encompasses various parts such as Liquid Lines specifically for the 2023-2019 Subaru Forester and Discharge Lines designed for the 2024-2021 Kia Sorento and the 2023-2021 Hyundai Santa Fe. In addition, new Air Door Actuators are now available for over three million General Motors trucks, alongside additions for popular models like the 2021-2019 Nissan Altima and 2020-2019 Infiniti QX50.
Moreover, Four Seasons has expanded its Reman and New Compressor programs, ensuring coverage for significant vehicles, including the popular 2022-2018 Honda Accord and the 2023 Honda Civic. The expansion also includes categories like Electric Coolant Pumps, Water Inlets, Thermal Management Modules, and Heater Cores, further bolstering its inventory offerings.
