Street Walking Event in Osaka Collaborates with Billiken

The much-anticipated "Street Walking in Osaka" event, organized by GANMA Inc. based in Tokyo, is set to launch soon, revealing an exciting collaboration with the beloved local deity, Billiken. This event follows the successful "Street Walking in Nakano" that celebrated its second anniversary and brings a new dimension to street exploration in Osaka.

Event Highlights

The Osaka street tour will feature unique attractions such as a "Mystery Solving & Digital Stamp Rally" as attendees explore the city’s sites. Guests can also indulge in "Collaboration Foods," replicating popular dishes from the restaurants featured during the event. Original merchandise, including freshly drawn illustrations from characters involved in the event, will be available for purchase.

Moreover, an "Offline Event" featuring the event's producer and a popular comedian from the troupe America Zarigani, Yoshiyuki Hirai, along with streamers who portray characters within this universe, will take place. Throughout the event, which covers a total of 11 days with 16 different performances across various themes, attendees can look forward to an array of exciting live shows and gatherings during the Golden Week and beyond.

Billiken Collaboration

A significant addition to this year's event is the collaboration with Billiken, known as the "God of Happiness." This partnership features original illustrations combining Billiken and the mayor of the Street Walking: Hiroshi Yamashita. Merchandise reflecting these unique designs will be on sale, aiming to provide attendees with an enlightening and joyful experience as "observers" at the event.

What is Street Walking?

Street Walking, devised and hosted by the streamer Shobosuke, is a reality show concept where numerous participants role-play the lives of their created characters. Set on a role-playing server modified for the PC game "Grand Theft Auto V," players engage in weaving narratives and experiences.

Street Walking Season 1, which aired from August 28, 2022, to September 21, 2025, included approximately 800 characters and 600 streamers. The current Season 2 began on December 19, 2025, and operates daily except Mondays and Tuesdays, from 7 PM to 3 AM.
