Following in his father's footsteps, he naturally pursued a degree in commerce at Chuo University, where he joined the prestigious Shiun-kai and resolved to pass the second examination during his studies. His dedication paid off as he achieved this goal, and in 1975, he joined Chuo Audit Corporation, where he gained invaluable experience.
From a young age, Minegishi became familiar with various responsibilities and actively engaged in different projects, which helped him develop a profound understanding of accounting principles and auditing practices. Five years later, he took over his father's accounting firm, a venture that came with its own set of challenges, including personal losses and the struggle of establishing a new office.
Despite facing adversity, he focused on serving diverse clients in the community, dedicating efforts towards supporting small and medium-sized enterprises. His philosophy emphasizes the importance of relationships and the value of connections, which he considers vital for personal and professional growth.
In his late 40s, Minegishi became the president of the Nerima branch of the Japan Institute of Certified Public Accountants, immersing himself in various roles within local communities and organizations.
