Girbau and Girbau North America (GNA) are set to make a significant impact at the upcoming Clean Show '25, held at booth 2523. This year's show promises an exciting lineup of innovative industrial laundry solutions designed to optimize efficiency and productivity in laundry operations. According to GNA President Mike Floyd, attendees can expect to see fully operational displays of the latest Girbau Industrial (GI) products, including feeders, folders, ironing systems, and a state-of-the-art automated soil sorting system.

What’s on Display

The booth will feature several cutting-edge products that showcase the capabilities of modern industrial laundry solutions:

1. DRE High-Speed Feeder: This high-speed clip feeder is perfect for healthcare and hospitality linens. With the ability to handle a variety of sheet dimensions and weights, it boasts a throughput of up to 1,200 units per hour. Its intuitive touchscreen offers 99 customizable programs, enabling quick transitions even for smaller items like napkins and pillowcases.

2. FRB High Production Folder: Seamlessly compatible with any ironer or stacker, the FRB folder features automated folding for small and large items. It can perform two to three primary folds and up to three cross folds, all while allowing flexibility with its adaptable in-feed conveying system.

3. FTQ Multi-Use Folder: Capable of folding and stacking up to 1,200 items per hour, the FTQ model can handle dimensions up to 48 x 96 inches, with options for sorting into multiple categories.

4. CompactPro All-in-One Ironing System: Ideal for spaces with limited room, this system streamlines the processes of feeding, ironing, folding, and stacking linens. Its processing speed reaches up to 82 feet per minute, making it both efficient and versatile.

Additionally, GNA will unveil the GS Series Soft-Mount Washers in capacities of 90 and 130 pounds, offering features such as 450 G-force extract speeds and extensive connectivity options for smarter laundry management.
