New Content Arrives for PSO2 New Genesis Version 2

SEGA has successfully introduced exciting updates for the popular online RPG, Phantasy Star Online 2 New Genesis Version 2 (NGS ver.2). As of March 18, 2026, players can look forward to new limited-time quests, a revamped mission pass, and a plethora of collectible items to enhance their gameplay experience.

The update brings forth a brand-new limited-time quest titled "Simulated Exercise: Cleanup Operation of the Burning Fortress." This quest allows up to eight players to join in on the adventure, set within the Dext Base. Strategic elements like the "Comfort Lily" and "Sky Charger" will aid players in progressing through the challenges within the quest. The event is available from March 18 until April 1, 2026, just prior to the maintenance period.

In tandem with the new quest, additional title tasks and limited-time tasks have been introduced. Return of the Emergency Quest

Also making a comeback is the limited-time emergency quest titled "Dark Shadow of Starfall," available during the same time frame as the new quests. Players will encounter a fresh narrative angle while investigating incidents across the Retem region. Utilizing the assistance of Operator "Faria," players will once again engage with high-level adversaries known as "High-Lavido."

The Mission Pass Season 54

The much-anticipated Mission Pass Season 54 has also launched, offering a fresh opportunity to earn luxurious rewards. By completing tasks and collecting Stars, players can unlock different Tiers based on their progress. These Tiers will unlock appealing rewards, including exclusive accessories and items like the "3-Day Shop Stall License" and scratch ticket exchange tickets from the previous missions.

Excitingly, players have the opportunity to acquire armor accessories like "Raigou Tagashiki" and "Raigou Taguchi," along with a new accessory inspired by the creature "Moony" known as the "Mag Form/Moony."

New AC Scratch Ticket: Tea Time Harmony

Running concurrently with these events is a new AC scratch ticket titled "Tea Time Harmony," available from March 18 until April 15, 2026. This scratch ticket introduces costumes reminiscent of cafe staff and maids and classic nurse-themed avatar items. The event will also feature different versions of motion change items, enhancing players' customization options.
