PlantWave Makes Every Soundset Accessible

In an exciting announcement, PlantWave has unveiled a transformative update for its users. The innovative app that interprets the electrical signals of living plants and converts them into real-time music now offers all its soundsets and features for free. This means that all existing and new owners of the PlantWave device can enjoy a total of 50 soundsets without any subscription charges.

Revolutionary Updates for Plant Lovers and Music Enthusiasts

The primary focus of PlantWave has always been to enable a unique interaction between nature and music. Joe Patitucci, the creator of PlantWave, shared, "When we first released PlantWave, the app featured merely four soundsets. Our initial subscription model was established to aid the development of additional features. Now, with an entire library of soundsets available, we want every PlantWave owner to experience the musical beauty their plants can create."

This incredible update eliminates the need for the previous Plus subscription, giving every user equal access to the full range of features. New soundsets can now be added directly to the app without requiring any updates, keeping the experience fresh and continually evolving.

Enhancements and Features

Alongside the release of free soundsets, the app provides several beneficial features, including:

• - Key, Scale, and Tuning Controls: Customize the audio output according to personal preferences.
• - Broadcasting Capabilities: Share the plant-generated sounds with others, creating a communal experience.
• - Audio and MIDI Recording: Users can capture the music these plants create, preserving the unique soundscapes.
• - Background Play: The app allows for seamless music playback while users multitask.

However, for those who are more artistic in nature, PlantWave offers an optional paid tier known as PlantWave Designer. This feature enables users to create and customize their own soundsets, perform instrument editing, apply advanced scaling, and introduce master effects. Current Plus and Pro members can access Designer at no additional cost upon updating their app.

Looking Ahead: A Bright Future for PlantWave

To further enhance the plant music experience, PlantWave has also introduced the PlantWave MIDI Bridge, available for free on Mac. This application empowers musicians to connect their plants wirelessly to digital audio workstations (DAWs) and other professional studio tools, allowing for an unprecedented level of creativity in musical production.

Patitucci revealed their future intentions, stating, "Our latest updates are just the beginning; we're focusing on creating a community centered around our love for plants and music. We look forward to sharing more details as we proceed."

PlantWave is not only a tool for creating music but also a conduit for connecting individuals with nature in a delightful way. As of now, this pioneering device is sold in over ninety countries, and the company is committed to donating 1% of its global revenues to nature protection and restoration initiatives through EarthPercent, an organization co-founded by renowned musician Brian Eno.

In summary, the PlantWave update has crafted an incredible opportunity for plant enthusiasts and musicians alike to explore the uncharted territory of biosonification, bringing an entirely new dimension of interaction with nature. Whether you're a long-time user or a newcomer, downloading the app ensures a captivating musical journey driven by the pulse of your plants.
