Doda Launches New Campaign Encouraging Job Seekers to Share Motivational Words

Doda’s Inspirational Campaign: Share Your Words

Doda, a leading job placement service operated by Persol Career, is excited to announce the launch of a new campaign named #WordsThatBroughtChange. Running from February 27 to March 12, 2026, this initiative aims to gather and share inspirational words that have impacted job seekers during their career transitions. Utilizing the social media platform X (formerly Twitter), Doda hopes to create a community where individuals can feel connected through shared experiences.

Campaign Overview

This campaign is open to everyone who has undergone a job transition, not just Doda users. Participants are encouraged to submit quotes or words that inspired them during their job search. To enter, they need to follow Doda’s official account on X and submit their words through a designated form, adding the hashtag #WordsThatBroughtChange to their post.

The excitement doesn’t stop there! To incentivize participation, Doda will award twenty lucky winners with Career Support Prizes, consisting of a 5,000 yen Amazon gift card, and five special awardees will receive uniquely illustrated business cards designed by the talented illustrator, Midori Nakajima.

Why This Campaign Matters

In recent years, the labor market has faced dramatic changes, with the aging population and diverse work styles leading to increased competition for talent. Many people now view changing jobs as a viable option. However, insights into the actual experiences and feelings of those who have made such transitions are often not well shared in public discourse. This lack of openness can make job seekers anxious about the process.

Doda’s campaign aims to dismantle these barriers by creating a platform for sharing real testimonials of encouragement and growth. Collecting words that helped inspire positivity and courage, Doda hopes that these shared experiences will empower job seekers to embrace their own unique career paths.

Here’s how to participate:
1. Follow Doda’s official account on X (@doda_persol).
2. Click the link to the submission form shared in the campaign’s post.
3. Fill out the form, detailing the words that left a mark on your heart and click the 'Post on X' button.
