2. Kentucky Sports Factory (Madisonville, Ky.)
Soft opened in January, with a grand opening planned for March. This multipurpose sports complex will serve as a hub for various local programs, tournaments, and community events.

3. Woodman’s Center (Janesville, Wis.)
The venue, featuring ice arenas and community spaces, is set to open in fall 2025.

4. Burlington Pickleball (Burlington, N.C.)

5. Davis Center, Central Park (New York, N.Y.)
This recreation center, located at the north end of Central Park's Harlem Meer, will feature an ice skating rink, swimming pool, and newly renovated amenities set to reopen in 2025.

6. Crossroads Sports Complex, Phase 1 (New Lenox, Ill.)
This complex promises the largest collection of multipurpose synthetic turf outdoor fields in the Midwest, catering to tournaments and local events.

7. Cyclone Ballparks Expansion (Pecos, Texas)
Following the success of its first phase, additional fields are needed due to increasing demand for this already popular facility.

8. SCHEELS Sports Park at Legacy Pointe (Springfield, Ill.)
Featuring a massive indoor dome, this park will host tournaments year-round, catering to 60 to 100 teams every weekend.

9. Paducah Sports Park (Paducah, Ky.)
This facility will revamp historic Bluegrass Downs, establishing five baseball diamonds, 20 youth/fastpitch diamonds, and 10 multi-sport fields.

New Groundbreakings



In addition to openings, groundbreaking ceremonies for three major facilities will take place:
  • - Destination Kings Park (Kings Park, N.Y.) will integrate youth sports and retail opportunities.
  • - The City of Muscle Shoals Complex (Muscle Shoals, Ala.), a $65 million investment aimed at boosting local tourism and business.
  • - The Boyd County Sports Complex (Boyd County, Ky.), which features both a sports complex and convention center, establishing a regional attraction.
