Since its first store launched in Yoyogi in March 2017, the brand has expanded its reach by opening eight locations in the Tokyo metropolitan area and Osaka. Known for its “ichijūreisai” style, which translates to one soup and several side dishes, Gotton serves delicious pork soup packed with larger cut vegetables, pork, and house-made tofu, attracting numerous customers daily.
