Beginning July 1, 2026, and running until August 31, 2026, the Cafe Restaurant "Le Temps" at Hotel Granvia Kyoto will host an exquisite dinner buffet, celebrating the unique flavors of Kyoto's summer cuisine. Under the guidance of General Manager Satoru Miura, this buffet promises a feast for both the eyes and the palate.

The buffet will showcase a variety of local ingredients, including Tanba chicken, Kyoto Tanba pork, Kujo green onions, and Yuzu from Mizuho, alongside seasonal delicacies such as eel. Highlight dishes include tantalizing options like eel and truffle risotto, chilled pasta, and a variety of spice-infused dishes, all available as unlimited servings.

• - Kyoto Hamburger with Saikyo Miso Demi-Glace: This delightful dish combines locally sourced pork and Kameoka beef, topped with a rich demi-glace made from Saikyo miso for a deep, satisfying flavor.
• - Grilled Fish with Mizuho Yuzu Sauce: Experience a perfectly grilled fish served with a refreshing sauce made from Yuzu, perfect for a hot summer evening.

August Highlights

• - Provençal-Style Confit of Kyoto Tanba Pork: Enjoy tender Kyoto Tanba pork slow-cooked to perfection, served in a flavorful Provençal broth.
