Activate Opens Its First Location in Germany

The excitement level in Berlin has just been raised significantly with the opening of Activate, the fastest-growing entertainment center network in North America. This milestone, which marks its first location in Germany and the DACH region, is the result of a strategic partnership with local firms VRex Entertainment and Sounds Fun Entertainment. Positioned within the bustling Mall of Berlin, the new entertainment hub spans over 10,000 square feet, featuring 11 immersive gaming rooms and more than 800 unique challenges.

One of the standout features of Activate is its advanced RFID technology, which meticulously tracks each player throughout the facility. This innovative system allows guests to level up, unlock achievements, and earn rewards as they progress through various challenges. Each gaming room is designed with mental and physical trials that are not only about speed but also teamwork, making it ideal for groups of two to five.

Plans are in the works for additional locations across the DACH region, including a new site in Fürth, Germany, set to open soon in the Next Level Funpark featuring 12 gaming rooms, a location in Wiesbaden arriving in November at the Lili Mall, and an exciting future location in Vienna by spring 2027. Moreover, there are intentions to establish more centers throughout Switzerland.
