Culver's Pledges Support for Agricultural Organizations
Culver's, the well-loved Wisconsin-based restaurant chain, has taken another step in its commitment to the agricultural community. Following its sponsorship of the theatrical release of the much-praised film
Green and Gold, the restaurant has now announced an impressive initiative to donate up to
$100,000 to various agricultural support organizations. This move coincides with the film's debut on streaming platforms, further emphasizing Culver's dedication to spotlighting the significant role of family farmers.
The generous donation consists of
$1 for each stream of the film, which will be directed to three vital organizations: the
Farmer Angel Network, the
Farm Family Wellness Alliance led by the
Farm Foundation, and the
FFA (Future Farmers of America). Each of these organizations plays a crucial role in providing resources and support for both current and future generations of farmers. With the funds raised, Culver's aims to enhance the programming and assistance these organizations offer, ultimately helping family farmers thrive in their endeavors.
Alison Demmer, Culver's senior marketing and public relations manager, stated, "Culver's has always been passionate about agriculture, and
Green and Gold beautifully narrates the inspiring story of family farmers, who work tirelessly to feed communities across the nation. We are honored to play a part in elevating the experiences of these dedicated individuals through this film collaboration and our contributions to organizations that uplift farmers daily."
