Exciting Release of AirQuest Version 2.0.1
Creava Inc., headquartered in Shibuya, Tokyo and led by Tatsuya Miyazaki, is thrilled to announce the release of version 2.0.1 of AirQuest, an all-in-one project management tool designed specifically to support workers, managers, and independent contractors in the field. This beta version introduces remarkable features aimed at minimizing the headaches and enhancing productivity of project management tasks.
What is AirQuest?
AirQuest is tailored for individuals involved in on-site work, eliminating unnecessary administrative tasks often referred to as the 'work for work's sake.' Its features include managing purchase orders, creating work shifts, and verifying work reports — all intended to lighten the load of work-related responsibilities.
To celebrate this new release, we are launching a special campaign limited to 10 companies (with only 9 spots remaining). By applying before September 30, 2025, you can waive the initial fee of 100,000 yen.

Dashboard Functionality
- - Today's Site Overview: A new dashboard enables users to view all current work sites at a glance.
- - Employee Attendance Check: Easily confirm whether assigned employees are on-site.
- - Project Details: Clicking on a project will provide details to keep everyone informed.
Unordered Projects
- - Access to Pending Orders: Users can now see a list of unordered projects.
- - Project Details: Similar to above, click to view detailed information on these projects.
Invoice Creation and Distribution
- - Task Management: Users can now see tasks related to invoice creation and distribution with options to edit titles, deadlines, and notes.
- - Task Filtering: Easily filter and focus on incomplete tasks.
- - Edit History: Keep track of who modified task statuses and when.
Payment Confirmation Tasks
- - Task Overview: Similar to invoices, tasks related to payment confirmation are now displayed.
- - Editing Options: Titles, deadlines, and notes can also be modified.
- - Tracking Changes: View who and when changes were made for accountability.
Improved Task Features
- - Automatic Task Creation: From now on, tasks for invoice creation will auto-generate the day after clients’ deadlines. Similarly, payment confirmation tasks will be created a day before a due date.
- - Notifications: A notification will be displayed on the timeline when a task is created.
- - Task Overview: Upon clicking the notification, users will be redirected to a list of created tasks.
- - Status Management: Users can mark tasks as complete or incomplete, with real-time notifications of status changes.
