Mao began her career as a software engineer and, since 2012, has explored various development methodologies including Agile and DDD. After joining Sansan in 2016, she was instrumental in launching the Osaka development center for the sales DX service, Sansan, and played a pivotal role in the development of the invoice management service, Bill One. Currently, she strengthens the engineering organization as VPoE while overseeing product development for Bill One.
