In a move to streamline trade finance risks, BENEFIT announced that the National Bank of Bahrain would be the primary banking partner for the new 'Trade Finance Registry', which was developed alongside MonetaGo, a Singapore-based specialist in trade finance fraud prevention.

The event also unveiled the fourth edition of the Fintech Ecosystem Report (2024–2026) by Bahrain FinTech Bay, demonstrating the country's progression toward regulated implementation, with a strong focus on emerging areas like AI, tokenization, and cross-border payments.

Furthermore, Kuwait Finance House – Bahrain signed an agreement with stc Bahrain to enhance their existing partnership, expanding their focus on digital solutions across several areas including cash management and trade finance.
