Individual business owners and professionals in certain sectors (insurance, investment real estate, multi-level marketing, religious organizations, spiritualists, and brokers) are not permitted to attend. For representatives from publicly traded companies, only those at the level of division manager or higher (with budget decision rights) can join.

About Mayumi Mizuno, Event Host:

Mayumi Mizuno, a Waseda University commerce graduate, began her career as a cabin attendant at All Nippon Airways. Post her airline experience, she assisted overseas sales at a trade show company and contributed to product planning and quality control at a cosmetics firm. In 2020, she founded COLOR.as and focuses on supporting second careers for individuals from the aviation industry.
